Celebrate le Jour des Franco-Ontariens et des Franco-Ontariennes with an engaging, differentiated French reading and craftivity mini-unit! This resource is designed to help students learn about Franco-Ontarian culture, the Franco-Ontarian flag, important symbols, vocabulary, and the significance of September 25 through accessible reading, comprehension, and creative activities.
With two differentiated reading levels, this resource works well for a variety of French classrooms, including French Immersion and Core French. The simpler activities are suited for approximately Grades 3–5, while the more advanced options are designed for Grades 6–8.
